1 | WEBSITE CONTENT CONSULTING
Together we’ll review and update your personal brand foundations (your essence, story, values, messaging, services, audience). I will look at your content (copy, images, video etc.) and give you creative feedback to make sure your message and offers communicate your brand values and offers clearly, authentically and directly to your audience/clients in a felt-sense way. I make a list of creative adjustments for you to put in place. I also offer to look at your Human Design & Gene Keys profiles to get inspiration for messaging, brand personality and overall best flow business success.
2 | VISUAL BRAND DESIGN
Based on your vision and personal brand (values, story, message, clients, offers) I visually translate your personal essence and core messaging into felt-sense imagery and visuals that speak directly to your clients. Together we create a »Look & Feel« vision board and research (and/or create) images, colors, fonts and graphics that align with your brand values and intention. If desired I create an image concept for a photoshoot with the photographer of your choice that aligns with your message and the visual brand/language we are creating together. I design a name logo, banners and graphics with your signature photos, name and tag line. You’ll receive a Brand Style Guide with your brand color scheme, image style, photographs, graphics and brand values as a foundational toolbox for creating marketing materials as well as products for your business.
3 | WEBSITE CREATION & DESIGN:
Based on the visual brand created in phase 1 we will create or update your Online Presence – a wordpress website with a premium theme. You or a VA will be able to edit or create new content directly on your website as your business grows. We will create a structure that aligns with your business as a foundation and integrate mailing list opt-ins, scheduling systems and more. I will set up the general styling for your content, design the first page layouts and create templates that can be used to create new pages as you need.

PAYMENT TERMS: * All fees need to be paid at beginning of our work together via bank transfer, transferwise.com or paypal. (You are responsible for all transaction fees). For the Webdesign Package payment options are available. However, 10% is to be paid as non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. 40% down payment is to be made before our first session. Up to 3 monthly installments are possible to cover the rest of the payment. All payments have to be completed before the launch of your website or product.

How long is the process?
The time until completion of your online presence is really individual as it not only depends on the amount of time you can commit to working on this project but also on the time of your enfolding process and how your soul is ready to move into greater clarity and visibility. Often people encounter blocks that are rather important to be with and give it time so their gifts can be revealed and integrated into the larger container of creating your heart business.
It is also very common that when we hit upon blocks, challenges or uncomfortable places that we procrastinate, other things get more important, even things manifest that seem to (and sometimes really do) need our urgent attention. I will help you see the dynamics that play out if connected to a resistance / fear of greater clarity, vulnerability and power, so you can get the support you need through this time.
Timing schedule will be set up at the beginning of our work together. It is helpful to set a timeline for yourself and commit to it!
For an orientation you should plan at least 3 month if your content (copy/photo) is mostly ready before our work begins.
From experience with past clients the process is rather 6 month or more.

Are the sessions in person?
No. All sessions as well as design reviews are held face to face through zoom with recording option. On special occasions and if you are a local to Hamburg, Germany – in-person meetings for coaching can be arranged.
If you want to invest in a personal photo shoot then YES – you will need to travel to the location we are at to work together in person. We will talk about that in our initial interview to see what is the best solution and plan for you.
