Gaël is a life coach for helping professionals who are caring for vulnerable people (such as humanitarian workers, nurses, firemen and -women, war correspondents, police officers, healers, etc. who witness many situations of hardship and emotional distress in others on a regular basis. She helps them to improve their resilience and boundaries to increase their positive coping mechanisms so they can keep following their passion helping others with more of themselves – and not less.
